MOTION TO BE RELIEVED AS COUNSEL FOR DEFENDANT RAHEEL LAKHANY

Counsel’s motion to be relieved as counsel for Defendant Lakhany will be granted pending the production of a phone number for Lakhany as required by Item 6 of the MC-053. 

Counsel should appear at the hearing (remotely or in person) with that phone number. 

Counsel shall serve the signed MC-053 on all parties, including the client, and shall file proof of such service within five court days after the date of this order.
