MOTION TO BE RELIEVED AS COUNSEL FOR PLAINTIFF SHIR

Counsel’s motion to be relieved as counsel is GRANTED. The Court previously continued this matter to allow Counsel to file an updated MC-053 reflecting the dates set at the CMC. The updated MC-053 now reflects those dates.

Counsel shall serve the signed MC-053 on all parties, including the client, and shall file proof of such service within five court days after the date of this order.
