Plaintiff failed to dismiss the Doe Defendants. Default cannot be entered until the Doe Defendants are dismissed from this action.

Plaintiff has not submitted a CIV-100 seeking default judgment from the Court. The Court notes Plaintiff requested entry of default using separate forms for each defendant. Plaintiff must file one CIV-100 as to all defaulted defendants.

Plaintiff has not submitted one unified proposed judgment as to CMC, LLC as well as the three defaulted defendants.
