DEMURRER FILED BY DEFENDANTS ELSIE WYNN, THOMAS JAMES CAPITAL, INC., AND THOMAS BEADEL

 

Based on the case management statement filed by Defendants, it appears that the First Amended Complaint which was filed late with the court was timely served on Defendants. All parties have proceeded under the assumption that the First Amended Complaint has rendered the demurrer moot.

For this reason, the Court will accept for filing the First Amended Complaint received on 6/17/2024 and take the demurrer off calendar.  

At the hearing, the Court will discuss with the parties whether another demurrer will be filed and will set dates accordingly.
