DECISION
Good cause having been shown, the motion is granted.
The current trial and FSC dates are advanced and vacated.
Trial is set for January 9, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. in Department 30.
FSC is set for January 4, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in Department 30.
All fact discovery and motion cutoff dates are to comport with the original trial date, except for discovery relating to the four new medical providers. With respect to the four new medical providers, discovery and motion cutoff dates are to comport with a trial date of January 9, 2023.
All expert discovery and motion cutoff dates are to comport with a trial date of January 9, 2023.
To the extent that the parties wish to participate in mediation, they are ordered to do so prior to the Final Status Conference date.
The parties should not anticipate any further trial continuances given the age of this case and the number of prior continuances. The January 9, 2023 is a firm trial date and the parties should be prepared and ready to proceed with trial on said date.
