The Application (ROA # 299, 305) of Plaintiff Victoria Nguyen ('Plaintiff') to Strike to Defendant Flores' Pleading that was filed on Sept 29, 2023, is DENIED.

Defendant Flores did not file anything on September 29, 2023. Instead, the only Flores Answer in the electronic record was filed and served on December 4, 2023 (ROA # 205).

This ex parte Application was filed on March 26, 2024, almost four months after the Flores Answer was filed and served. Thus, this Application is not timely. See Edmon & Karnow, Cal. Prac. Guide: Civ. Pro.
