On April 12, 2024, the Court continued the hearing (ROA # 28) of the Motion (ROA # 20) of Attorney Edward W. Freedman ('Attorney') to be relieved as counsel of record for Defendant American Intermutual Agency Inc. ('Defendant'), the purpose of which was to allow Attorney file a proof of service ('POS') of this Motion on Defendant, at or before the continued hearing of this Motion.

The Motion will be HEARD.

If the POS is not filed with the Court, the Motion is DENIED without prejudice.

If the POS is filed with the Court, the Motion is GRANTED, the effective date of this order is the date on which Attorney files a proof of service of this order on Defendant, with the Court.

The Court sets an OSC why, in the absence of counsel of record, Defendant's Answer (ROA # 10) should not be stricken and a default not be entered against Defendant on Friday May 17, 2024 at 2:30 PM in D 73.

If GRANTED, the Court will sign the proposed order - ROA # 22 - at the hearing of this Motion.
