of Application for Writ of Possession and Hearing, 08/21/2023 1. Plaintiff PNC BANK'S unopposed Application for a Writ of Possession (ROA #s 9 and 10) against Defendant ROUTE 66 INVESTMENT GROUP, is GRANTED.

Given that $26,802.18 remains due under the loan agreement (see Declaration of Michael McGinley at ¶ 11), Plaintiff has shown that it has a right to immediate possession of the 2020 Bobcat T590 Compact Track Loader vehicle.

Plaintiff has submitted two copies of a proposed order (ROA #s 12 and 16) and has filed an undertaking as required by Code Civ. Proc. 515.010(b). Therefore, the Court will execute the proposed order.
