On March 7, 2024, the Court CONTINUED the below Motion to March 28, 2024 at 2:30 PM. See ROA # 33, 34.

The Motion (ROA # 21) of Plaintiffs Grant Manning and Amy Manning ('Plaintiffs') for an order compelling the deposition of the Person or Persons Most Qualified for Defendant General Motors, LLC ('Defendant' or 'GM'), with production of documents, and for an award of monetary sanctions, is, on the Court's own motion, CONTINUED to Friday March 29, 2024 at 9:00 AM in D 73.

The Motion is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART.

Plaintiff's evidentiary objections (ROA # 28) are OVERRULED.

The Court has read and considered Plaintiff's Complaint (ROA # 1) and Defendant's Answer (ROA # 10).

Defendant's objections to producing Person or Persons Most Qualified ('PMQ') for a deposition are OVERRULED; however, Plaintiff's Notice does not specify the categories the PMQ is to respond to or the documents Defendant is to produce at or before the deposition. To this extent, the deposition is deficient.

The Court has read and considered the supplemental declaration of Defendant's counsel. See ROA # 35. The Court accepts as reflected in par. 4 of counsel's declaration.

Defendant is directed to submit a PMQ for a deposition within twenty (20) days of the hearing of this Motion.

Plaintiff's request for sanctions is DENIED. Defendant has not acted without substantial justification.
