Pursuant to San Diego County Superior Court Local Rules, rule 4.23.7, the Court's tentative ruling is as follows: The Motion to Quash or Modify Deposition Subpoena filed by Robert Hogan and Sharron Hogan (ROA 43) is DENIED.

This motion was continued from November 3, 2023, for moving party to cure several procedural defects noted by the Court (ROA 84), including service of the motion papers on the nonparties in compliance with the Rules of Court. Since November 3, 2023, moving party has not filed any papers, and there is no indication that the defects have been cured. Thus, the motion is DENIED.

Counsel for Petitioner is directed to serve notice of ruling on all parties in accordance with the provisions of CCP § 1019.5(a).
