Motion for Attorney Fees

Ruling:  Off Calendar – no hearing will be held.  Defendant/Cross-Complainant Ordway Corporation dba Print & Finishing Solutions (“PFS”) seeks an order finding that PFS is the prevailing party in this action and directing Plaintiff/Cross-Defendant Pars Publishing Corp dba Grapheex (“Pars”) to pay PFS’s reasonable attorney fees under loadstar of at least $1,091.725.00, or in the alternative a 1.75x multiplier for a total of $1,210,647.00.

Motion is continued to 9-13-2022, Dept. C11, at 2 pm., to allow MP to provide supplemental declarations establishing time spent and reasonable hourly rates in connection to RFA 23 only.  (See Motion pg. 13:7-20; Opp. pg.12:1-5.)  Counsel may want to consider submitting less heavily redacted billing statements in support of the fees sought.
