Motion to Quash Service of Summons

Ruling:  Off Calendar – no hearing will be held.  Defendant Katherman Kitts & Co. LLP (“Defendant”) moves to quash service of summons and complaint on the grounds that Plaintiff Steven Kitts (“Plaintiff”) has failed to effectuate proper service.

On August 9, 2022, the Complaint was dismissed as to Defendant.  (ROA 184.)  Thus, the Motion is taken off-calendar as MOOT.
