This Motion is made on the following grounds: 1. The important risks of strabismus surgery were disclosed to plaintiff who thus gave an informed consent for the surgery performed by Madhu R. Agarwal, M.D.

Motion is continued to 1-31-23, Dept. C11, at 2 pm, to allow MP to authenticate/establish foundation for the documents in support of its motion. Trial is continued to 3-6-23, Dept. C11, at 9 am.
