Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel of Record

Ruling:  Off Calendar – no hearing will be held.  Attorney Jennifer Meeker seeks an order relieving her from acting as counsel of record for Plaintiff ITroon Drive, LLC.  The unopposed Motion is GRANTED. Plaintiff has utilized, served, and filed/lodged all required forms and confirmed client’s address. Although some prejudice may exist as the client LLC cannot represent itself, there are no current dates pending herein. Attorney is relieved as counsel of record for client effective upon the filing of the proof of service of the Order upon the client.
