 (1) Motion to Compel Answers to Form Irogs (2) Motion to Compel Answer to Special Irogs (3) Motion to Compel Production (4) Status Conference

Ruling: (1-4) Off Calendar – no hearing will be held.  (1-3) Plaintiff Homeowners Legal Advocates, PLC (“Plaintiff”) moves to compel Defendant Ming Ge’s (“Defendant”) further responses to Plaintiff’s Form Interrogatories (Set One); Special Interrogatories (Set One); and Request for Production of Documents (Set One).

These Motions were initially set for hearing on July 26, 2022 and were continued to allow for a meet and confer.  The parties were ordered to file a joint statement of any issues that remain unresolved nine court days before the continued hearing date. 

The Joint Statement filed on November 3, 2022 states that the issues raised in the Motions were narrowed down to Special Interrogatories Nos. 95, 96, 102, 103, 104, 106, 107, 108, 110, 111, and 112; Form Interrogatories No. 15.1; and Requests for Production No. 3.  The parties met and conferred on October 31, 2022 and agreed that Defendant will serve further responses to each of the foregoing discovery requests by November 7, 2022, thereby resolving all outstanding issues related to the Motions. 

As it appears that the parties have fully resolved all outstanding issues and further responses have been served, rendering the Motions moot, the Court takes the Motions OFF CALENDAR.

(4) Status Conference is continued to 3-7-2023, Dept. C11., at 8:45 am.
