Tentative Ruling:  Attorney Daniel Gutenplan of Enenstein Pham & Glass seeks an order relieving him from acting as counsel of record for Defendants Abrahim Etemed Haary (ROA 341) and HSA Realty Group, LLC (ROA 336).

Motions are granted. All required judicial council forms have been used, served, and/or lodged. The Declaration of Attorney Gutenplan indicates there has been a breakdown in the attorney-client relationship. The clients have been served by mail at their last known addresses, which have been confirmed through conversation.

Attorney to update order to include the recently continued trial dates and the clients’ addresses.

Attorney is relieved from acting as counsel of record for Abrahim Etemed Haary and HSA Realty Group, LLC effective upon filing the proof of service of the signed order upon the clients.
