Ruling:  Off Calendar – no hearing will be held.  Plaintiff Energetic Lighting’s unopposed Motion to Enter Judgment Pursuant to Settlement Agreement is GRANTED as follows.

The Court finds judgment should be entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant Atlas Global Lighting Solutions, Inc. pursuant to the terms of their Settlement Agreement in the amount of $25,885.00.

Plaintiff is ordered to file a proposed Judgment within the next 7-days.

Moving Party is to give notice.
