Tentative Ruling:  Defendant Great Wolf Resorts Holdings, Inc. dba Great Wolf Lodge’s UNOPPOSED motions to compel responses from Plaintiff Mandi Collins to form interrogatories (sets one and two) and request for production of documents (set one) are GRANTED.  Defendant’s UNOPPOSED motion to deem requests for admissions admitted against Plaintiff is GRANTED. 

Defendant has demonstrated it served Plaintiff with the discovery requests and did not receive any responses.  Plaintiff did not file an opposition to the motions. 

Plaintiff to serve verified responses, without objections, and produce any documents within 30 days of notice of ruling.  Plaintiff and her counsel, David L. Roark, to pay Defendant monetary sanctions in the amount of $820 within 30 days of notice of ruling.
