Ruling: Off Calendar – no hearing will be held. Off Calendar – no hearing will be held. Defendant and Cross-Complainant Yu Liang Lin’s Motion for Terminating Sanctions and the /CMC Bankruptcy Removal are CONTINUED TO 3-14-2023, Dept. C11, at 2:00 pm. The parties have not filed a notice that the stay is terminated or modified as ordered by the court on August 4, 2021 and required pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 3.650(d). As such, this matter remains stayed.

This matter is currently stayed due to the bankruptcy filing of Plaintiffs and the Court vacated the MSC and 10-18-21 trial date. (See 8-4 M.O.) The court “suspended” this matter and ordered the parties to comply with CRC, Rule 3.650.
On 12-6-21, the Court discussed the status of Plaintiffs bankruptcy and set a further CMC re the bankruptcy for 3-29-22.
On 1-25-22, the Court continued the hearing, again – given the stay due to the bankruptcy proceeding to 4-19-22.
On 4-6-22, the Court set a further CMC re bankruptcy removal for 6-21-2022.
On 4-19-22, the Court continued the hearing on this Motion to 6-21-22; noted this matter is stayed due to Plaintiff’s bankruptcy and continued the further CMC re bankruptcy removal to 6-21-22.
On 6-21-22, the Court continued the hearing again to 8-30-22 due to the bankruptcy proceedings and ordered the parties to file a Joint Statements re status of bankruptcy by 8-22-22. No documents were timely filed.
On 8-30-22, the Court continued the hearing again to 12-6-22; noted this matter is stayed due to Plaintiff’s bankruptcy and continued the further CMC re bankruptcy removal to 12-6-22.
