Motion for Leave to Amend

Ruling:  Off Calendar – no hearing will be held.  Plaintiff Rosilee Gamboa’s unopposed Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint is GRANTED.

Pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 473, the court may allow a party to amend any pleading in furtherance of justice.  (Code Civ. Proc., § 473, subd. (a).)  Plaintiff complied with the requirements under California Rules of Court, rule 3.1324.

Plaintiff shall serve and file the proposed First Amended Complaint (filed as ROA #68, Exhibit 1) within 10 days of this ruling.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice.
