Tentative Ruling:  Plaintiffs EDER FELIX and CARLA FELIX’s motion to strike Defendant GENERAL MOTORS, LLC’s objections and compel further responses to Plaintiff’s Request for Production of Documents, Set One is GRANTED as to Request Nos. 7 (limited to the date the subject vehicle was purchased to the present), 16 (limited to the vehicles of the same year, make, and model as the subject vehicle), 18 (also limited to the vehicles of the same year, make, and model as the subject vehicle), 19 (limited to the vehicles of the same year, make, and model as the subject vehicle), and 38 (limited to the date the subject vehicle was purchased to the present).

Plaintiff’s motion compel further responses to Request for Production of Documents, Set One is DENIED as to Request Nos. 17, 34, and 51 as overbroad.

The motion to compel further responses to Plaintiff’s Request for Production of Documents, Set One is MOOT as to Request Nos. 10, 41, 42, 58, and 59 as Plaintiff agreed to withdraw these requests during the parties’ meet and confer efforts.
