Ruling:  (1-2) Off Calendar – no hearing will be held.  (1) Defendant Kenneth Rinker seeks an Order that the deposition subpoenas for production of business records issued by Bart Rinker, as Trustee of the 2020 Harry S. Rinker Separate Property Trust (“Plaintiff”) and directed to (1) Farmers & Merchants Bank and (2) Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (collectively, the “Banks”) be quashed and modified to strike the following identical requests for records related to Kenneth Rinker’s personal financial records with the Banks (“KR” is defined as Kenneth Rinker in the subpoenas).

The unopposed motion is GRANTED.

(2) Defendant Diane Rinker’s (ROA 160) motion to quash is continued. ROA 160 was originally on calendar for 6-22-23, but no notice of continuance was filed as to that motion. Defendant to provide notice of the continued hearing date, 8-22-2023, C11, at 2 pm. To the extent the motion remains unopposed, the Court intends to grant.
