Ruling:  Off Calendar as MOOT – no hearing will be held.   Plaintiff Andre Pinesett (“Plaintiff”) filed two separate motions to compel Defendants to serve responses to his Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, and Request for Production of Documents which Plaintiff served on September 21, 2021.

On June 21, 2022 at the Case Management Conference, Defendants failed to appear. As a result, the Court ordered Defendants Coral Motel, Balubhai Patel, and Jaymanti Patel’s Answer filed on 2-23-21 stricken. The Court also ordered default entered as to these defendants.

As such, these Motions are MOOT.

OSC re Dismissal is set for 11-29-22, C11, at 8:45 am.
