Ruling:  ( 1-4) Off Calendar– no hearing will be held.

(ROA 115) Defendant Kia America, Inc. (“KA”) will and hereby does move for an order to compel the deposition of plaintiff Sean Corpus (“Plaintiff”) within fifteen (15) days upon the Court’s ruling on this motion. KA will further request the Court order monetary sanctions against Plaintiff and his counsel in the amount of $1,250. [Contd. several times]

(ROA 132) Defendant Kia America, Inc. (“KA”) will and hereby does move to compel plaintiff Sean Corpus’s further verified responses to KA’s Form Interrogatories, Set Two [No. 17.1]. KA will further request the Court order monetary sanctions against Plaintiff and his counsel in the amount of $750.

(ROA 133) Defendant Kia America, Inc. (“KA”) will and hereby does move to compel plaintiff Sean Corpus’s further verified responses to KA’s Requests for Admission, Set Two [Nos. 10-32]. KA will further request the Court order monetary sanctions against Plaintiff and his counsel in the amount of $1,250.

Unopposed Discovery Motions are GRANTED. Plaintiff to sit for deposition within 15 days of notice of ruling. Plaintiff ordered to provide further verified responses within 30 days of notice of ruling. Sanctions against Plaintiff in the amount of $1500 to be paid within 30 days of notice of ruling.
