 Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel of Record

Ruling:  Off Calendar– no hearing will be held.   The unopposed motion of attorney Samer Habbas of Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, Inc., P.C. to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff Robert Gardiner is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

After given the opportunity via a continuance, Counsel again failed to file the requisite Proposed Order (form MC-053) as required by California Rules of Court, rule 3.1362(e).  The Proofs of Service filed in support of the Motion also reflect that MC-053 was not served on the client.
