Ruling:  Off Calendar as MOOT – no hearing will be held.  

Plaintiff Redwood Fire and Casualty Insurance Company, as administered by Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies (“Plaintiff”) filed six separate motions to compel Defendants Coral Motel and Jaymanti M. Patel (“Defendants”) to serve responses to its Form Interrogatories, Request for Production of Documents, and Requests for Admissions which Plaintiff served on April 26, 2022.

On June 21, 2022 at the Case Management Conference, Defendants failed to appear. As a result, the Court ordered Defendants Coral Motel, Balubhai Patel, and Jaymanti Patel’s Answer filed on 7-2-2021 stricken. The Court also ordered default entered as to these defendants.

As such, these Motions are MOOT.

The Court sets an OSC re Dismissal for this case on 11-29-2022, Dept. C11, at 8:45 am.
