Off Calendar – no hearing will be held.  Plaintiffs John Minardi and Kathryn Minardi’s Motion for Summary Adjudication is CONTINUED to 2-7-2023, Dept. C11, at 2 pm. Based on Plaintiffs’ reply, it appears Defendants timely served an opposition to the motion on Plaintiffs. However, the opposition does not appear to have been filed with the court. Defendants are ordered to file and serve that opposition, without modification, within ten days of this order. There shall be no further briefing on this motion.  Trial is continued to 3-13-2023, Dept. C11 at 9 am.
