Demurrer to First Amended Complaint (FAC)

Ruling:  Off Calendar – no hearing will be held.   Defendants Timothy Thorpe, Michele Thorpe, Evan Paul, Elliott Broidy, Evan Paul Auto Capital, Evan Paul Auto Leasing, and Evan Paul Motorcars Demurrer to the First Amended Complaint is CONTINUED to 11-1-2022, Dept. C11, at 2 pm for failure to file a proof of service of the demurrer and supporting documents and failure to meet and confer as required by Code of Civil Procedure section 430.41.

Demurring parties shall file their proof of service of the Demurrer no later than 16 court days before the continued hearing.  Demurring parties shall also file a supplemental declaration regarding their meet and confer efforts no later than 16 court days before the continued hearing.
