(1) Motion to Compel Answers to Form Irogs (2) Motion to Compel Production

Tentative Ruling:  Defendant Analee Edwin Kredel’s unopposed (1) Motion to Compel Responses to Requests for Production, Set One, ROA #17, and (2) Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories, Set One, ROA # 21, are GRANTED.  (Code Civ. Proc., §§ 2030.290 and 2031.300.)

Defendant Analee Edwin Kredel’s requests for sanctions are GRANTED in the amount of $432 for each motion for a grand total of $864.  (Code Civ. Proc., §§ 2030.290, subd. (c) and 2031.300, subd. (c).)

Plaintiff shall provide verified responses without objections to Requests for Production, Set One and Form Interrogatories, Set One propounded by Defendant within 30 days of the notice of ruling.  Plaintiff is sanctioned in the total amount of $864, which is due within 30 days of the notice of ruling.
