Off Calendar – no hearing will be held.  The unopposed motion of attorney Christopher P. Brandlin of Christopher P. Brandlin, APC to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiffs Jeannette Shelton and Janessa Salazar is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.  Moving attorney failed to file and serve the mandatory Proposed Order (Form MC-053) as required by California Rules of Court, rule 3.1362(e).

While the Proof of Service reflects that the Proposed Order was served on the clients (see ROA 50), the Proposed Order was not lodged with the Court with the moving papers.

CMC is continued to 3-20-2023, Dept. C11, at 8:45 am.
