Ruling:  Off Calendar – no hearing will be held.    

Defendant Stadium Auto Plus, LLC’s motion to compel arbitration and to stay proceedings is GRANTED. Plaintiffs Robik Rasnavad and Rana Rasnavad filed a Notice of Non-Opposition. The court orders the action stayed pending arbitration (Code Civ. Proc., § 1281.4) and sets an ADR Review Hearing for 3-13-2023, Dept. C11 at 2 pm.
