First, there is no indication the Respondent DMV was provided notice of the continued hearing date.

Second, no certified administrative record, driving records, or points and authorities have been presented to the Court. It is unclear to the Court upon what basis Petitioner seeks to have the DMV’s order suspending his license set aside. (Govt. Code § 11523; Code Civ. Proc., § 1094.5; Calif. Rules of Court, Rule 3.1113.)

Petitioner to provide notice to Respondent DMV of the continued hearing date and submit the above- mentioned documents for the Court’s review nine Court days prior to the continued hearing date.
