Off Calendar – no hearing will be held.  Unopposed Motion to Set Aside and Vacate Entry of Default and Leave to File Responsive Pleadings by Defendant Courtney Pixton is GRANTED.  The Declarations of Courtney Pixton and Catherine F. Lukehart filed in support of Defendant’s motion sufficiently establishes grounds for relief.  Thus, Defendant is entitled to relief pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 473(b). 

The Defendant Courtney Pixton’s default entered 7-11-22 is VACATED.
