On November 10, 2022, Defendant Forward Wilshire, Inc. d.b.a. Keller Williams Realty Larchmont (“Defendant”) filed a motion to compel initial responses from Plaintiff Anthony Bozanich (“Plaintiff”) for Request for Production of Documents (“RPD”), set one.
On June 27, 2022, Defendant served on Plaintiff the RPD requests. Plaintiff requested and Defendant granted a 21-day extension. As of the filing of the motion, Defendant states that it has not received responses from Plaintiff.
Defendant’s unopposed motion to compel responses to the RPD is granted pursuant to CCP § 2031.300. Plaintiff is ordered to provide verified responses to Defendant’s discovery requests, without objections, within 20 days of notice of this order.
No sanctions were requested.
Defendant shall provide notice of this order.
