MOTION FOR ORDER DEEMING REQUEST FOR ADMISSIONS TO DEFENDANT ADMITTED

 

 

On November 13, 2023, Plaintiff Capital One, N.A. (“Plaintiff”) filed a motion for order deeming Requests for Admissions (“RFA”), set one, admitted against Defendant Margarit Manvelyan (“Defendant”).

On September 13, 2023, Plaintiff served on Defendant the RFA, such that responses were due by October 18, 2023.  As of the filing of the motion, Plaintiff states that it has not received responses from Defendant. 

Plaintiff’s unopposed motion for an order deeming the RFAs admitted is granted, pursuant to CCP § 2033.280 against Defendant.  Plaintiff did not request sanctions.
