On April 30,
2024, Defendant Shlomi Asiss (“Asiss”) filed a motion for order deeming
Requests for Admissions (“RFA”), set one, admitted against Defendant Fabiano
Iha (“Iha”).
On March 25,
2024, Asiss served on Iha the discovery requests. Asiss argues that the time to serve responses
has expired and Iha did not request an extension from Asiss’s counsel. As of the filing of the motions, Asiss states
that he has not received responses from Iha.
Defendant Shlomi
Asiss’s unopposed
motion for an order deeming the RFAs admitted is granted, pursuant to CCP § 2033.280
against Defendant Fabiano Iha
No sanctions
were requested.
Moving Party shall provide
notice of this order.
