MOTION FOR ORDERS DEEMING THE TRUTH OF THE MATTERS SPECIFIED IN PLAINTIFF'S REQUEST FOR ADMISSIONS AS ADMITTED

 

On February 26, 2025, Plaintiff Britecap Financial, LLC (“Plaintiff”) filed a motion for order deeming Requests for Admissions (“RFA”), set one, admitted against Defendant Barry Evans (“Defendant”).

On January 6, 2025, Plaintiff served on Defendant the RFA requests.  On February 14, 2025, Plaintiff sent a meet and confer letter to defense counsel to seek responses and offered an extension.  As of the filing of the motions, Plaintiff states that it has not received responses from Defendant. 

Plaintiff’s unopposed motion for an order deeming the RFAs admitted is granted, pursuant to CCP § 2033.280. 

No sanctions were requested.

Plaintiff shall provide notice of this order.
