 Hearing Date:  September 13, 2022

Yi-Mei Investment, LLC’s motion to compel discovery is MOOT.

On March 12, 2020, Plaintiff M&H Capital, Inc. (Plaintiff) filed suit against Yi Mei Investment, LLC, Citigroup, Inc., June-Chih Jesse Liu Md, Inc, Green Grace USA, and Time Education Center, Inc., alleging: (1) trespass; (2) conversion; and (3) declaratory relief.
