ESPN’s application is CONTINUED to 6/26/2025 at 8:30 a.m., to allow for service on the LA Clippers and e-filing of the application to this Court.

 

On 12/14/2020, Plaintiff Johnny Wilkes (Plaintiff) filed suit against the LA Clippers, LLC and Jerry West (collectively, Defendants). On 7/6/2022, Plaintiff filed a third amended complaint (TAC) alleging: (1) breach of contract; (2) breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing; (3) promissory estoppel; (4) intentional misrepresentation; (5) concealment; and (6) false promise.

 

            Now, ESPN moves for Application for Viewing and/or Reproduction of Trial Court Exhibits.

 

            However, ESPN did not upload a copy of the Application to the Court’s electronic docket, nor was the LA Clippers served with a copy of the application. As such, the Defendant Clippers have not had the opportunity to oppose the application on the merits.

 

            ESPN’s application is continued, to allow for service on the LA Clippers and submission of the application to this Court.

 

It is so ordered.
