TENTATIVE RULING

Plaintiff’s motion is DENIED.

On 12/15/2020, Leo Cono (Plaintiff) initiated this Complaint against eighteen various individuals and entities.

            Now, Plaintiff moves for an entry of default and service by publication and/or substitute service.

            The Court already denied Plaintiff’s motion for an order of entry of default and service by publication and/or substitute service on 1/12/2022. Moreover, on 12/15/2022, the Court dismissed this action pursuant to its discretion under CCP section 583.420.

Based on the foregoing, Plaintiff’s motion is denied.

It is so ordered.
