            After review, the Court has identified the following deficiencies:

 

-         The settlement agreement attached is signed by Defendant Samuel Quezada but not Defendant Ubaldina Quezada. While Plaintiff only seeks default judgment against Samuel Quezada, Plaintiff must dismiss all parties against whom judgment is not sought or file an application for separate judgment against specified parties under CCP section 579. (See CRC Rule 3.1800.)

 

-         Plaintiff must set forth the legal authority it reviewed to establish that default judgment rather than a motion to enforce settlement is appropriate here.
