DEFAULT JUDGMENT

            After review, the Court has identified the following deficiencies with Plaintiff’s default judgment packet:

-         Attorney fees must be calculated in accordance with Local Rule 3.214.

-         Plaintiff did not submit copies of her wage statements to corroborate her claim that they did not contain her employee numbers or social security.  

-         The Court only finds $500 in pain and suffering to be recoverable, given the evidence submitted in support of the claim and in light of the overall judgment amount. The next JUD-100 form is to reflect this adjusted amount.
