Defendant’s motion to compel is GRANTED. This action is stayed pending the completion of arbitration proceedings.

           

On 2/28/2022, Plaintiff Malik A. Holmes (Plaintiff) filed suit against Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, alleging: (1) discrimination in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990; (2) discrimination in violation of the Unruh Civil Rights Act; (3) discrimination in violation of Federal Equal Employment Opportunities Act; (4) discrimination in violation of FEHA; (5) wrongful termination—retaliation; (6) discrimination and retaliation; and (7) wrongful termination.

 

            Now, Defendant moves to compel Plaintiff to arbitrate his Complaint.

 

            Plaintiff filed a notice of non-opposition.

 

Based on the foregoing, Defendant’s motion to compel is granted. This action is stayed pending the completion of arbitration proceedings.

 

 

It is so ordered.
