TENTATIVE RULING

            After review, the Court has identified the following deficiency with Plaintiff’s default judgment packet:

-          Plaintiff must set forth the basis for personal liability against Jason Bailey as an individual. The contract attached shows an Agreement between Buchalter and Sun Broadcast Group, Inc., which Jason Bailey signed in his capacity as “President and Founder.” Plaintiff does not allege alter-ego liability, nor has it identified any provision in the Agreement wherein Buchalter agreed to personally guarantee the liabilities of Sun Broadcast, Inc. As such, Plaintiff must either specifically identify such a provision, or set forth some other basis (supported by case law) to show that Jason Bailey can be held personally liable for Sun Broadcast Group’s Inc.’s obligations.
