TENTATIVE RULING

            Plaintiff’s motions to compel further discovery are MOOT.

            On 8/18/2022, Plaintiff Maksymilian Naporowski (Plaintiff) filed suit against Defendant Royal Road Entertainment, LLC and Filip Jan Rymsza (Defendant), alleging breach of a verbal agreement.

            On 10/23/2023, the Court conducted an IDC regarding the three pending motions to compel further discovery. Counsel and Defendant were advised to exchange discovery forthwith, and placed the filing of any supplemental materials (if necessary) on a briefing schedule per code.

            No supplemental materials have been filed since the IDC. Accordingly, the Court considers the matter to be moot.

It is so ordered.
