TENTATIVE RULING

            After review of Plaintiff’s default judgment packet, the Court has identified the following deficiencies:

-         Attorney fees must be calculated in accordance with Local Rule 3.214.

-         Plaintiff must set forth legal authority to show that this claim is properly brought against the Shoulis in their personal capacity, rather than against Rene’s Bakery, which is the public accommodation which is subject to provisions of California Civil Code sections 54, 54.1, 54.3 and California Health and Safety Code sect on 11995.
