Plaintiff is to contact Department 17 to schedule an IDC.

 

            On 9/25/2023, Plaintiff James Reynolds (Plaintiff) filed suit against Stewart Title of California, and Steve M. Lessack (collectively, Defendants), alleging: (1) sexual harassment (quid pro quo; hostile work environment; and perceived sexual orientation); (2) retaliation; (3) failure to prevent; and (4) wrongful termination. 

 

            On 7/31/2024, Plaintiff moved to compel further responses to his Requests for Production (RFPs) and Form Interrogatories.

 

This Court requires that parties participate in an informal discovery conference (IDC) before motions to compel further discovery can be heard on the merits.

 

Plaintiff is to contact Department 17 to schedule an IDC.
