Defendants’ demurrer to the original Complaint is MOOT.

 

            On 10/24/2023, Plaintiffs James Davis, Paranotek, LLC, and Astra Veda Corporation (collectively, Plaintiffs) filed suit against Scott Eppinga, Bradley M. Listermann, Benjamin Eppinga, and Think Humble, Inc., alleging: (1) breach of fiduciary duties; (2) rescission; (3) breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing; and (4) fraud.

 

            On 2/23/2024, Defendants Scott Eppinga, Benjamin Eppinga, and Think Humble, Inc. demurred to Plaintiffs’ Complaint.

 

            On 3/18/2024, Plaintiffs filed a first amended complaint (FAC) in lieu of an opposition.

 

            Accordingly, Defendants’ demurrer to the original Complaint is moot.
