Defendant’s
motion to compel third party compliance with subpoenas for production of
Plaintiff’s medical records is GRANTED.
On
4/9/2024, Plaintiff Skye Whitni Bell (Plaintiff) filed suit against American
Honda Finance Corporation (Defendant), alleging: (1) discrimination; (2)
retaliation; (3) failure to prevent; (4) violation of California Equal Pay Act;
and (5) unfair competition.
On
3/13/202, Defendant moved to compel third party compliance with subpoenas for
production of Plaintiff’s medical records.
On
4/10/2025, Plaintiff filed a notice of non-opposition to the motion.
Based
on the foregoing, Defendant’s motion to compel third party compliance with subpoenas
for production of Plaintiff’s medical records is granted.
It is so ordered.
