DEFAULT JUDGMENT

After review, the Court has identified the following deficiencies:

-         Plaintiff indicates while there was no written contract between Jeanine and Defendants, they invoiced her on a monthly basis. Plaintiff should either submit copies of these invoices to establish the contractual relationship, or explain why such invoices cannot be provided.

-          

-         Plaintiff must file a verified memorandum of costs. (CRC Rule 3.1800). The Barry Decl. submitted was unsigned. (See pg. 5 of Decl.)

-         CRC rule 3.207 provides that attorney fees awarded on default are to be determined in accordance with Local Rule 3.214. The Court declines to depart from this rule.
